Each 45-minute session helps participants burn up to 600 calories as they engage in a low-impact, high-energy workout set to dynamic music and helmed by an enthusiastic instructor. Participants can use the ellipticals' resistance settings to tailor their workouts to their fitness needs as they tone limbs, strengthen core muscles, and shed unwanted pounds.
