What You'll Get
The perfect food and wine pairing is like the fateful meeting of destined lovers, best celebrated with a tiny mock wedding presided over by a curmudgeonly pepper mill with a heart of gold. Combine cuisine and wine the way nature intended with today's deal: for $30, you get $65 worth of wine and pairings at Eno, located in The Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Niguel. This Groupon also gets you an Anniversary Card, which provides complimentary valet parking.
Eno pours world-class wines and combines them with fine cheese and chocolate pairings. Focusing on regions throughout California, France, and Italy, Eno boasts a collection of nearly 500 varietals by the glass, bottle, or aged Italian leather boot. Flights come presented in Riedel crystal on handsome hickory boards and include trios of sauvignon blancs, pinots, and ports ($19–$40). Pair your wine flight with a cheese flight ($17). Samplings from a rotating selection of more than 50 fromages, varying from cacciattone to camembert, are served on marble slabs with charcuterie ($22), Spanish Marcona almonds ($6), and olives ($6). Sate your sweet tooth with chocolates hand-crafted by international chocolatiers, including Jin Patisserie ($15 for six pieces) and Dallmann's, as well as local artisans.
A luxurious venue on the California Riviera, Eno's interior is bathed in sultry shades of walnut, silver, and coral. The illuminated floor-to-ceiling glass tower houses nearly 1,500 bottles and pays homage to the Eiffel Tower, which houses nearly 2.5 million bottles. An expert staff imparts wine wisdom without pretense or thick Midwestern accents.
- Much more than just a wine bar, ENO features fine wines, artisanal cheeses and decadent chocolates in a casually sophisticated space just off the lobby at The Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Niguel. There’s nothing in OC quite like ENO… – Editorial, Gayot
- …Eno is a small wine bar that somewhat resembles someone's extravagant wine cellar. I like the fact that it is so small which is much more conducive to a more intimate and attentive dining experience. – Mymy L., Yelp
