Because you did not have the proper length of poles for my niece you discounted the one extra day rental 10% saving us around $7. Unfortunately, because we had to rent poles at the slopes, and it $33 effectively negating the benefit of getting the Groupon. Some members of our party will not go back, nor will they become Groupon users (I was gushing about Groupon and this was their first try.) They felt shafted. I agree, but personally will go back with the hope that it will be better next time.
