Liked the Dr. But was not to happy about wearing a mask while getting my exam and them not letting my husband come into the building. They have adds all the time even sent me an email today that said buy 2 pair of glasses for $59 and exam for $49 but I had to pay an extra $210 for 1 pair plus my Groupon $79 free exam and $200 worth of eye wear? Because they have to charge full retail prices.

Great customer service, the wait time wasn’t that long, and they had a good selection of frames but they are so expensive without the groupon

Without eye insurance, this was a great deal . I ended up getting a cute pair of gold glasses. With Groupon, you still have to purchase the type of lenses you want (around $80 for the cheapest) but the eye exam and the glasses were included. Customer service at the location I visited was awesome!

About Optical Outlets

Optical Outlets location is doctor-owned, uniting the staff with a common vision to sharpen sight and boost eye health. Eye examinations reveal prescriptions and uncover any other ocular problems. After patients choose a new set of lenses, the in-house technicians get to work crafting them in the shop’s own lab rather than sending them off to be made during a summer camp’s arts and crafts day. Sundry designer frames border eyes in looks from Giorgio Armani and Marc Jacobs to Nike and Harley Davidson, and there is usually a trio of technicians in the shop, enabling multiple clients to summon help with a single pigeon call.
