I may be little too old to start it, but I like the challenges. Each day is a new challenge. Each day's 30 minute burn-out is great. In my first week I still haven't been able to complete each routine (40 sec) and alternate (20 sec) , but my goal is to be able to make that happen by end of 5 weeks. I may continue after I finish my 5 weeks of group on. I definitely recommend it to get & stay fit.
