At Fitness by Jeri, it's more of a family. Everyone supports and praises one another, and lasting friendships have been built. Results are achieved in a fraction of the time of conventional training. Jeri has over 3 decades in the Health & Fitness Industry, and some amazing testimonials.
Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
RESULTS & FUN. When my clients receive the results that they have been wanting and have been promised they always stay motivated. I keep the routines FUN, exciting, challenging, and progressive, but mostly I make them effective. "MAXIMIZE THE EXERCISE" is what we say.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
A life-long Passion, and a true love of people. I enjoy providing a service that helps someone achieve their goals, and makes them feel good about themselves. There's nothing more rewarding to be a part of, whether it's just weight-loss, or a combination of exercise and nutritional counseling.
What do you love most about your job?
Providing hope to someone who has all but given up, and helping them to find their way by providing support and education. The only way to truly make a change is through lifestyle choices. It takes 90 days to make it a habit. Good health is the key, and Exercise, I believe, is the Fountain of Youth.
