What You'll Get
Before settling on Rudolph and his reindeer crew, Santa tested the sled-hauling capabilities of inefficiently-fueled giraffes, overly chatty elephants, and unionized flamingos. Celebrate the holidays with these and other plain-nosed critters with today's Groupon for Zoo Lights at the Fresno Chaffee Zoo. Zoo Lights is held from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. on November 26–28 and December 3–5, 10–12, 17–23, and 26. Choose from the following options:
- For $5, you get two adult tickets (a $10 value).
- For $3, you get two child tickets (a $6 value).
During Zoo Lights, the Fresno Chaffee Zoo's annual holiday celebration, families are treated to dazzling illumination displays and holiday activities and crafts. Bask in the complimentary good cheer provided by live entertainers, or satiate holiday hungers with free hot cocoa and Santa-approved cookies. Mr. Claus himself will be making special appearances every night, personally accepting gift requests from good boys and girls. Hardcore yuletide fans can snag a photo-op with Father Christmas.
Regular zoo admission is not included. Admission is free for children under 2.
- The zoo is clean, the staff is friendly and helpful. We really enjoy the interactive aspects of the zoo, such as the petting zoo, feeding the giraffes and the stingray bay. – Timmy B.,Yelp
- You can watch the animals being fed. They have a winged wondered bird show. You can ride a camel. They have a petting zoo. You can feed the giraffes…it would be fun just to walk around the zoo and look at the different animals and enjoy them. – Trina C., Judy's Book
