Give a man cheese and you feed him for a day; teach a man to make cheese and he will realize that the concept of time is a conspiracy designed to distract people from constantly making cheese. Manifest dairy desires with today's deal: for $40, you get one cheese-making class at Fromage to Yours (a $79 value, including materials). Customers can choose from 20 class times offered at varying times throughout the week, February through April.
Having founded the Colorado Cheese Festival, Fromage to Yours continues to campaign for artisanal cheeses by enlightening common citizens on the joys of at-home dairysmithing. Skilled specialists teach each three- to four-hour cheese-crafting tutorial, imparting the details necessary to help properly herd curds and slow the import of moon cheese. During each intimate class, no more than 25 queso scholars at a time will together learn to craft creamy mozzarella, subtly sweet ricotta, and texturally tempting paneer. The classes are good for all ages, but students age 21 and up can purchase wine offerings while gently coaxing flightless cheeselings out of their shell-rinds.
