In small-group training sessions, instructors oversee students who use a mixture of free weights and body weight as resistance to further weight-loss goals and strengthen muscles. Classes are scheduled five times per weekday at 6 a.m., 6:30 a.m., noon, 5 p.m., and 5:30 p.m.
