This is my second time taking a class with Meredith as the instructor and she is always very nice and funny. I’m glad to be able to learn Pilates like this. Time just flies during class and I feel great after!
This is the cutest yoga studio. Very welcoming of everyone, lots of different classes to choose from. The studio has showers to use, complimentary water and tea. Very cute boutique in the studio as well. Bring your own yoga matt or they have ones to rent for class as well. I sweat in the signature heat class like I never have before.
