I reviewed this in the past and never heard from Groupon - this shows refunded but some how I got shafted. I purchased one that was perfect. I then purchased 2 for my friends, one had a broken top the other was just fine. I contacted Groupon and after quit a discussion identifying the hardship of my returning the broken item, I was given a $10 discount and I purchased a replacement that really was a new purchase minus the discount - well, I never received it!!! I paid the difference but to this date in Sept. nothing I purchased back in April. I need the cup!!! Can someone contact me????
I love the mug, but mine arrived with a broken lid. I contacted Customer Service and after a lengthy discussion, I was supposedly given a credit for the inconvenience with which I purchased another mug - It has been over 2.5 months and I still do not have that mug. Unfortunately, I don’t even see where it was noted or sent. With that I am very unhappy as the original with the broken top was to be a gift!!!
