The box came damaged. Not a problem until we set it up. Was missing a part and had to wait 9 days to come in. Once in, the elliptical worked one time. The resistance would not come off. Contacted Gold's and they shipped a new motor. Another 9 days and motor was installed and it still did not work. We have contacted Group on for a full refund as I do not want to go through the hassle of another one shipped and having to be put together.
