The troupe, assembled from the hit London and Broadway musical Beatlemania, has endeared audiences since 1980 as one of the longest-running Beatles tribute bands in the world, due to its uncanny mimicry, infectious energy, and lack of faux Yoko. The current members inhabit the grins and larynxes of the famed mop-tops with pinpoint accuracy that thrills fans and confuses Ringo Starr’s postman. Armed with vintage instruments and dazzling stage visuals, the cast of Beatlemania floods two hours with 35 classic songs, changing costumes and facial hair as the show travelogues through the winsome British Invasion, the trippy Sgt.
