What You’ll Do
The snow has melted, the sun is shining, and winter hibernation is over—sounds like a good time for a well-earned beer or two. The team at Events with BeneFitz has just the ticket: a curated morning of brunch, bloody marys, and breweries. During their 5-hour tour, they combine all these while taking away the hassles of coordination and transportation. Read on for a taste of the itinerary:
Stop One—Eat and Greet at Ireland’s Four Courts
Between sips of a 16-ounce bloody mary, brunch on some of the Irish pub’s finest dishes while getting acquainted with the group. On Saturdays, choose between eggs benedict, eggs florentine, Hogan’s sandwich (ham and melted Dubliner cheese, béchamel, and a fried egg), or Mairéad’s Cure (irish sausage, irish bacon, scrambled eggs, and cheddar cheese on a toasted kaiser roll). On Sundays, dine from a brunch buffet that includes everything from made-to-order omelets and belgian waffles to smoked salmon and shepherd’s pie.
Stop Two—All Aboard for Atlas Brew Works
A big yellow school bus takes everyone to Atlas Brew Works, where you’ll enjoy a flight of four 4 oz. beers, learn about the brewery, and (if desired) pick up a growler for the road—cups for the bus are provided.
Stop Three—Time for Denizens Brewing Co.
Re-board the bus and head to Denizens Brewing Co. for a guided tour of the brewery—complete with a 6 oz. beer in hand—followed by four more samples. You’ll also get some time to explore and another chance to pick up some brews for future enjoyment.
Stop Four—Return Trip
Arrive back at Ireland’s Four Courts and decide where the evening will take you, or stay at Denizens and enjoy an afternoon in their beer garden. If you decide to stay at Denizens, you’ll need to make your own way home.
