It was great that you could come and go throughout the day. We played, took a lunch break, played again, took the Link to Union Station and back, and played one more time.
This is the second time I have brought my grand-kids to this event and both time it was perfect! We enjoyed looking at the impressive buildings etc made from Lego's, and then the kids were inspired to build, this time they found a table that encouraged visitors to build a bridge. The kids had a hard time leaving that section, they both made some really cool bridges. The staff is exceptional, they are kind and very helpful. We felt welcomed and left with big smiles and a big sack of Lego's to bring home and build with! (it is really great that they have big tubs of random "bricks" we can go through and purchase for a very fair price) Love this place and will go again!
Great combo event: a wide variety of Lego art on display, along with tables of different types of Legos out for building. Kids of all ages and parents can gawk in awe at the art, then take their inspiration to a table and build. The staff is great about answering questions and giving building tips.
It's definitely a place to let the kids build. There are some awesome displays so kids can see the possibilities. I appreciate the hand sanitizer and Clorox wipes at each table. I also liked the duplo area. I wouldn't have paid full price to go, but the Groupon price was doable for a family.

Lots of Legos for kiddos to play with...lots of opportunities to build, create, imagine. Staff super friendly. You can play all day (xome and go as you please).
Kids seemed to like it okay. Didn't seem particularly well managed but maybe that was the point, to have a number of separate areas and turn kids loose. Had a nice opportunity to explore the rest of the building and would go back, there are some worthwhile venders there.
Dan is a wonderful Communicator with adults and children as well. My ten-year-old friends says the entire event is very good. There are tables around the room for children or adults to create and build. There are also lots of Creations on display that are absolutely amazing.
Not as exciting as I would have expected from the description. Very few new Lego sets to buy.
