My trainer, Jessica is amazing! I will continue going back to her. She understands what my fitness goals are and how to achieve them. Plus, she's super funny, so the I laugh through the pain. ;-)

My trainer is Keith and he is awesome! Super knowledgeable and has me really sore (in a good way) after every workout. I haven't lifted in a long time and he doesn't make me feel too terrible when I have trouble on a thirty-something pound squat. Everyone who works at the facility is super friendly and they make you feel welcome.
