Best orange chicken I've ever had. The waitress let me know it usually is spicy with dark meat and let me request white meat with just a little spice. It was excellent.

The Groupon was only for $16 and most of the entree dishes were almost as much as the value of the Groupon which was not good. I took a friend and both of us could not eat lunch for that price. It was more expensive than I expected. But the food was good and the atmosphere was good.

What You'll Get

After they've served their duty picking up yummy Chinese food, many chopsticks go on to lead fulfilling lives as the shafts of tiny parasols or the lances for jousting garden gnomes. Send off your sticks in style with today’s Groupon to Great Wall of China South. Choose between the following options:

• For $15, you get $30 worth of Chinese fare during dinner (3 p.m.–10 p.m. Monday–Thursday, 3 p.m.–11 p.m. Friday, 4 p.m.–11 p.m. Saturday, 11:30 a.m.–10 p.m. Sunday).
• For $8, you get $16 worth of Chinese fare during lunch (11:30 a.m.–3 p.m. Monday–Friday, noon–4 p.m. Saturday, 11:30 a.m.–2:30 p.m. Sunday buffet).

At Great Wall of China South, diners are escorted on a culinary voyage that explores the varied Chinese foodscape—from the aromatic eats of the east to the spicy dishes of the mountainous west. Spicy Sa Cha scallops ($7.25 for lunch, $13.95 for dinner) limbo under ever-lower chopsticks, and shrimp swan dives into pools of lobster sauce ($12.50 for dinner). Nosh on light and healthy dishes such as mixed vegetables with chicken ($9), or kneel before a regal pepper steak crowned with onion garlands ($6.75 for lunch, $11.50 for dinner) and reigning over a domain that, during lunch, includes minions of fried rice and an egg or spring-roll sentinel. The elegant and dimly lit dining room, accented by lantern-lit tables and colorful fish tanks, swaddles diners in an atmosphere as cozy and inviting as a bear hug from a cloud.
