About Grounded CrossFit
A basketball court may sound like an unlikely feature at a CrossFit-specific gym, but it shouldn't. After all, the 10 core physical metrics that CrossFit seeks to improve—among them speed, endurance, power, and agility—are all on display during even the most casual pickup game of roundball. Seen this way, the court at Grounded CrossFit is a platform where members can not only warm up with a game of 2-on-2, but also show off the benefits of a long-term commitment to CrossFit. They prepare for every boxout and post-rejection finger wag during the Workout of the Day, an ever-changing lineup of movements designed to push fitness boundaries for every participant. Members can workout six days a week, then get cleaned up in the men's and women's shower facilities to head back out into the world.
