Grumpy Goat Tavern
Aside from a drawing on its logo, you won't find any actual grumpy goats at the Grumpy Goat Tavern. That's a shame because nothing perks up a goat up more than a few frosty pints and some Cajun-inspired pub food. The tavern makes its home at The Highlands Golf Course, so instead of goats, you'll find hungry golfers and locals ordering up plates of creole chicken and biscuits, jambalaya, and flank steak topped with étouffée-style sauce.
These hearty meals pair with drinks from the fully stocked bar; the Grumpy Goat boasts an extensive beer list (complete with limited-run and seasonal brews), as well as cocktails made from top-shelf spirits. Oh, there's also whiskey. Lots of it, in fact, from distillers ranging from Kentucky's Woodford Reserve to Scotland's Laphroiag.
