About the Instructor
Natalia Guerrero brings a wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm to every Pilates reformer session. Originally trained as a physiotherapist in Colombia, Natalia holds two bachelor’s degrees—one in Physiotherapy and one in Sports Science—and has worked as a Physiotherapy Assistant here in Canada. She is now in the final steps of becoming a licensed physiotherapist. With a passion for movement and years of experience helping athletes, seniors, and clients recovering from injury or surgery, Natalia creates a welcoming, motivating space where you can build strength, improve mobility, and feel more confident in your body—both on and off the reformer.
