I was unsure because the plaza looked a little run down. But Joe spent time talking me thru options for my hair. He did make suggestions and said it was up to me. For instance I always part my hair to my left, but he said because of my uneven eyes it's better to my right. I'm pretty adventurous and not that picky. I was happy with the shoulder length hair and the speed i was in and out. I did not wait at all, ate my lunch while waiting for the highlights to set and then got my color. He did have clients back to back. And there was hair on the floor. THey need one of those floor vacuums. It wasn't an upscale hair place. But I"ll definitely return in the future.
