What You'll Get
Some families to eat an old-fashioned meal at home, usually served by a humorless robot maid and finished when the leftovers are cryogenically frozen for consumption in 2017. Step outside a dystopian home and into a warm, welcoming restaurant with today’s Groupon to Lucy’s Table, located in Nob Hill. Choose from the following options:
- For $20, you get $40 worth of dinner fare (starting at 5 p.m.)
- For $7, you get $15 worth of lunch and wine bar fare (served 11:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.)
Within its vibrant dining room, diners are treated to an eclectic assortment of flavorful dishes, composed of locally produced ingredients and organic produce whenever possible. Lucy’s dinner menu starts with mouth-watering small plates, such as the goat cheese ravioli with brown butter sauce ($9), then moves to large plates like the Portuguese stew ($22), a piquant amalgamation of braised ribs, housemade merguez sausage, and truffled mashed potatoes. Lunchtime visitors can nosh on Lucy’s BBQ burger ($8), while those enjoying a sumptuous glass of Chardonnay at the wine bar can cleanse palates with the Valencian paella ($9).
Citysearchers give Lucy’s Table an average of 4.5 stars, Yelpers give a four star average, and TripAdvisors rate the restaurant an average of 3.5 owl eyes. > * Boy were we in a [sic] for a treat, the goat cheese ravioli and tomato and butter leaf lettuce salad were our starters and they were outstanding. Then we had the steak and the ribs (which were out of this world, meat so tender it fell off the bone)… – pdxjunebug25, Citysearch > * The wine list. Truly one of Lucy’s greatest strengths. It offers a nice selection and isn’t so big that you need half an hour to read it. – Rob G., Yelp
