After more than 18 years of snipping hair and pampering skin at their original location, Mane Event Salon & Spa’s beauty professionals recently packed up their salon chairs and massage oils to relocate to a setting that better reflects their burgeoning popularity. Though expansive, their new locale sacrifices nothing in terms of coziness and intimacy; massage therapists, aestheticians, and nail technicians all practice their crafts within private treatment rooms replete with plush beds and warm candlelight. The spacious main area exhibits the salon’s livelier side, as stylists fill the air with the sounds of snips and lively chatter. While men, women, and children await their hair appointments, they can relax on soft couches or search the hardwood floors for freshly cut strands to plant and grow into bushy wigs.
