The Metropolitan Boot Camp for Women was always a great workout. The trainers are fun loving and professional and will push you to your limits. They are a great husband and wife team and I highly recommend their boot camp if you are new to working out, or getting back into the fitness groove.

About A Chat with Metropolitan Boot Camp for Women

What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Teamwork is the heart of our program. We work together and encourage each other to push beyond our limits to reach the highest levels of success. With workouts created and led by a certified fitness trainer and a healthy meal plan included, you'll have everything you need to reach your goals!

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
We keep our clients motivated by encouragement and fostering a spirit of community. Together everyone achieves more (TEAM), and this is true for fitness. We also motivate our clients through education. The more you know, the better you are able to find long-term health-and-fitness success.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Boot-camp owners Richard and Tiffany Santana started this company because they love people and want to help others be healthy and happy while finding balance in the day-to-day hustle of their lives. The company is committed to community service, partnering with Bethany House of Northern Virginia.

What do you love most about your job?
What I love most about my job is watching the quality of life drastically improve for the ladies in our care. Knowing that women who once had high blood pressure now have a clean bill of health or watching women enjoy their grandchildren while embracing a healthy future is a blessing.
