It was very interesting. It was made so the people in the buildings came alive. I took my 2 grandsons (ages 6 & 4) and they enjoyed it as much as I did!

Michael Garman’s Magic Town takes its name from the sculptor, who uses a gritty, natural style to craft miniatures that affectionately portray small-town American life. The Gazette awarded Magic Town Best Museum in 2010, and the museum boasts a bevy of celebrity fans, such as Nelson Mandela, Bill Gates, Bob Hope, and Bugs Bunny. Inside the 3,200-square-foot theater, Magic Town’s 18 different buildings scale to one-sixth the size of their real-life counterparts, replete with mirrored alleyways, holograms, and trick lighting that create the illusion of realness. Museum-goers can munch on the included popcorn as they search the miniature old-timey city for the subjects of scavenger-hunt clues, such as a post-office box, a park bench, and a horse-drawn 747. Alternatively, newfound sculpture enthusiasts can browse the online store or gift shop to adorn homes with one of the meticulously crafted carvings, which include a 3.5-inch aviator ($7.79), a 20-inch 9/11 firefighter ($269.99), and an 11.75-inch woman with washboard ($480).
