What You'll Get
Photographs transport people to an earlier time without the need to master quantum physics or pay the tolls associated with America's wormhole highways. Capture fleeting moments for future examination with today's Groupon: for $99, you get $350 worth of photo sessions and prints at Munson-Cox Portrait Design in Arlington.
Munson-Cox Portrait Design’s team of enthusiastic film aficionados hones in on the spontaneous emotion and distinctive style of each subject with individualized portrait sessions in natural and studio settings. During each portrait appointment, a shutterbug will collaborate with patrons to design family and children's sessions ($60–$125) or senior portrait sessions ($99–$199) with a carefully selected combination of backdrops, lighting, and optional airbrushing of early presidential wigs. Guests can include a variety of props and seating options available at the 5,000-square-foot studio, or opt for natural surroundings in the Munson-Cox personal garden. After placing bunny ears on unsuspecting sofas and trees, customers can peruse print options including hand-retouched 5"x7" prints ($89 each) and 8"x10" prints ($124 each), as well as eight wallet-size prints ($49). Portrait packages include print combinations such as two 5"x7" prints and eight wallet-size prints ($158) for optimum sharing or creating interactive flipbooks of people mimicking statues.

About Munson-Cox Portrait Design
Ken, the founder of Munson-Cox Portrait Design, set up his studio with children in mind. To get genuine smiles out of adults and young ones alike, the photographers constantly reach for their fun-loving sides, ready to roll around on the ground with tots to get the perfect angles or get them smiling by debating favorite ice-cream flavors.
