The Fat-Blast Training boot-camp sessions challenge guests of all fitness levels with intense cardio and strength-training drills. The morning sessions meet Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 5 a.m. to 6 a.m. or 6 a.m. to 7 a.m., and the Lunch Crunch fitness sessions meet Tuesday and Thursday from 11:45 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Lunch Crunch sessions focus on abs and cardio.
New Focus Living Sport Fitness
Former NFL linebacker Pat Thomas leads groups through intense workouts either inside or outside. He changes the routines of his boot camp daily to ensure no muscles get too comfy in one exercise, and uses group camaraderie to motivate guests. Pat supplements his boot camp with nutritional guidance and diet plans, as well as workout and stretching routines for off days. He also helps athletes develop skills necessary for specific sports with sports conditioning and works with participants in private during personal-training sessions.
