What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We're locally owned, and independent. We've been in the business for longer than most of the big name franchises, and have stayed away from those big franchise prices.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
We noticed that after the advent of the internet, people began to use the computer more and more. As such, demand for on-site computer services was in need. We keep up with the technology, and keep our prices below competition.
What do you love most about your job?
This is two fold: One, we love meeting new people every day. In this business, today we can be at a Fortune 100 company running cable, and tomorrow we could be at your house removing a virus. It's great. The second thing is our customer referrals. We strive for great feedback always!
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
My favorite customer feedback came from a Not For Profit foundation in Westchester NY. It reads "Tony, thank you so much for coming to us on such short notice and giving us exactly what we needed. We look forward to working with you in the future". We've been working with them since 1999.
