Was told to be at the hotel 30 minutes before we needed to be at the airport so that’s when we got there. Ended up waiting over 45 minutes for a shuttle and was almost late at the airport for check in

Worst service ever these guys lost my car keys. And didn't tell me that it happened. Got to know whne I actually got back. Came to the airport half an hour late. No one was there at the reception to talk or reslove the issue.

There is one shuttle between multiple locations which slowed down the service significantly. The shuttle dropped us off at arrivals rather than departures. Would not use this service again.

Disappointing I was not told my vehicle will be moved to different location than where I drop it off. Upon return was dropped off by office of lot not by car. Had to retrieve car then come to pick up luggage.

Got in and out and to the airport quickly with the shuttle service.

They did not honor the terms of the Groupon! I was charged extra when they found out that I did not have the time to challenge it because I was getting late for my flight. Lipssa (Indian woman with dyed red hair) at the counter was very confrontational and responded extremely childishly to my concerns about being overcharged. They also take an imprint of your credit card as a hard copy (who does that these days?). Upon return I asked a manager to destroy the hard copy as I had paid up their full asking price, but he refused and said that they keep it on file for 7 years. Why? He couldn’t explain that. Staff at the counter mostly Indian lacked courtesy as they kept arguing with each other and with the shuttle drivers on pager. Another tired and exhausted customer who arrived on a US flight was being asked to pay a much higher price than the online quote and she left the venue after a huge row. The whole place was a chaos.

Very disappointed! They left us in Arrivals and had to walk a lot until we reached to our airline in Departures and the same when we came back... we had to walk from one side to the airport to the other to get into the van, which came right away but we have to pick up more passengers from another terminal. Then, we were dropped at an Economy Parking Lot (not Nu Hotel) and had to wait almost one hour until somebody gave us our keys. They rent cars there too and we were not their priority. And again, we had to walk to the end of the parking lot to pick up our car.

Worst organization I have never seen for an airport parking lot. Almost no shuttle, lack of customer service and dedication. It’s cheap but still too expensive for what it is !
