I never redeemed this on 1/2/2024. Clearly a scam and Groupon seems to be in on it. I can't even write a proper complaint. I want my Groupon bucks back. Total scams

Groupon must be getting the money from this scam. They refuse to help.
They ask you to email the fake company and have them admit they stole from us. What!?!?
I think Groupon is encouraging us to all start fake businesses and steal money from other Groupon customers since they are refusing to even take down this scam.
How are they able to even mark it as redeemed if none of us ever went there.

this is a scam!!! dont buy! when i bought there were no reviews and i thought i would help out a small mom and pop business. idk how groupon is letting this happen constantly. my live agent said he cant do anything and ended our chat before i could even finish reading his instructions. how can groupon not do anything in case of scam?
