During coach Celia Fellows's boot-camp classes at Outdoor Fitness, benches and trees are transformed into fitness equipment as clients work to improve their strength, balance, and posture. Early-morning sessions bring a higher level of intensity, whereas afternoon classes are more relaxed but still challenging. Classes may include everything from cardio workouts to exercises with resistance bands.
