Worth the groupon price and that's why it is 3 stars. Saw some wildlife, but our raft reaked of vomit. It had trash in it including egg shells. I don't expect a raft to be clean, but yikes. That being said they didn't want to take the 2nd raft. They thought 15people (most of which don't know each other and are in the high risk category of Covid19)would cram in one. It took everyone saying NO

The meet location is a little scary looking - kinda like the sight of a homeless camp. Don't let that scare you off though. Captain Dave is a friendly guy who wants you to have a great adventure on the river. The float is a 3 mile stretch of the river, floating at a leisurely pace past the eagles. We saw at least 30. Flying, perching, and catching & eating fish. It was a very good trip!

The trip was amazing. Capt. Dave is super nice and knowledgeable. He recommended a trail to our group that was espectacular. We did the trail and then head out to the river. The whitewater was not rough so the trip was very relaxing. I loved it!! I would highly recommend it. 😊

About Pacific NW Float Trips

Dave Button grew up along Washington's Skagit River and had the inspiration to found his own company while navigating the Colorado River in the Grand Canyon under the helm of famed guide Georgie White. Soon after, Dave returned home to create Pacific NW Float Trips in 1974. Today, Dave and his crew of trained, passionate guides pioneer the routes and share their knowledge of the region's landscapes and salmon population via inspirational tours held year-round on the Skagit, Nooksack, and Wenatchee Rivers. Pacific NW's famed Bald Eagle Raft Adventure grants tourists a chance to take in the serenity of rustling cottonwoods and the majesty of Mount Baker as their guides quietly point out migratory eagles from Canada and Alaska.
