What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
I am also a full time athletic training student at SJSU so I am constantly learning new techniques and routines to implement into the training program. You will also be experiencing the newest and most effective training styles available.
Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
I really narrow in on their goals and why those goals are so important to them and I constantly use that as motivation. I also always celebrate the smaller goals in a fitness program like being able to do one completely correct push up, your end goal is important but so are all the little things.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I have always been into health, fitness, and exercise and I want to help my community become as passionate about these things as I am. I also enjoy helping others who may be struggling to meet their goals by themselves.
What do you love most about your job?
I love the bond and the connection I build with my clients. The relationship I have with my clients is everything to me. Not only do I learn so much about them and their personal life but they get to know just as much about me. We trust each other and I honestly believe we become like family.
