I have been to the It's It shop four or five times. The staffer assisting me each time was a different person and each one was really pleasant and super helpful!!! So, the ice cream is good, the price is right and, the staffers are all so super!!

Everything was fine except for receiving an inaccurate order. I didn’t find out until later when I was no longer near Krispy Kreme.

Easy to redeem Groupon and tasty mochi donuts for a special treat anytime. Love that there are extra savings on Groupon for redeeming on weekdays.

My coupon had expired and I was able to get the amount that I paid for it as credit towards my purchase. The person who helped me was kind. The place is really clean. Great experience
