Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
We keep our clients motivated because we never let them forget their ultimate goal. Each session we set small clear workout goals which keeps our clients always focused on the main goal.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Prime Performance was created because of the passion we have to assist people with reaching their fitness goals. We truly believe with our desire to be more, and to get better everyday that our clients will never feel unappreciated. We set out to have an extended fitness family not a gym member.
