Excellent in time pick up and drop off of my Car. Will use their services again for sure.
Client can be dropped off and picked up at the airport in their own car, which will be waiting at the parking lot during their trip

Swift efficient drop off in own vehicle... waited AGES for pick up from airport. They kept saying they’re on their way but were just lying to get us off phone. This is NOT staffs fault, business model doesn’t make sense. Ended up having to hitch a ride with someone else!!! If you don’t mind walking from airport to car park which is 20minutes.... then it’s a good price.

NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!!! I was told to call 30 minutes before arriving (4:30am arrival). I called 4 times before finally getting an answer. When the call was answered the employee sounded annoyed. I then called back as I was lost and needed directions - there was no answer. I decided to  park at the airport. FAIL!!!!!

I was left stranded at the airport in the middle of the  night upon arrival with my daughter. I called the number several times that was provided to me with no answer until 9am the following morning. I did not get my car back until 11am the next day. Horrible customer service. I do NOT suggest using this company. I'm out hundreds of dollars due to the lack of communication from this business.

Our records indicate you had not followed the instructions provided upon your purchase of the voucher from groupon. The instructions on groupon is clear. It states that in order to redeem the voucher you must contact merchant via email and provide the required information, which you failed to do. We simply accommodated your last minute request out of good will which in turn had backfired on us. We acknowledge there were things that we overlooked on our end and we offered viable options and solutions to rectify the situation in a private and confidential manner. We are more than satisfied with the measures the team took to address your concerns and we continue to standby our our mission statement and will continue to ensure customer satisfaction is our priority.

One of the most horrible places...left my car for 5 days to come back to the airport and I was informed my battery was dead due to them leaving my car light on...the lot attendant did not know how to boost a car...what a joke lol
And they wanted to charge an extra fee after making us boost our own vehicle in the rain.
