Air Force veteran and fitness guru Jon Quinn facilitates the fitness goals of his clients with boot-camp workouts bolstered by a constant flow of encouragement. Each 45-minute session led by Jon or trainer Lauren Howe incorporates an ever-rotating roulette wheel of moves designed to build strength, boost endurance, and oust unwanted fat. After a warm-up, exercisers spend up to 30 minutes performing solo and group exercises such as sprinting, burpees, and push-ups, each easily modifiable for varying degrees of fitness prowess and constricting tightness of bike shorts. After a final team-building task, boot-campers cool down with a series of stretches. Each regular session corrals up to 30 exercisers, and 30-minute semi-private training caps with four participants, or roughly one-half of the Osmond family.
Along with a month of unlimited boot-camp sessions, those that opt for the one-month body–transformation package can pique all-around health with this all-inclusive plan. A phone consultation with Jon allows him to assess each individual's situation, which, in turn, aids him in crafting the one-month program's 'done for you' guide. Inside, clients will find exercise ideas, nutrition tips, grocery lists, and a meal plan tailored to their caloric needs and lingering suspicions of flaxseed.

About Captain Quinn's Fitness Boot Camp
Jon Quinn—the Air Force veteran mastermind behind Captain Quinn’s Fitness Boot Camp—and his cotrainer, Lauren Howe, lead students through intense boot camps that take into consideration each student’s fitness goals and experience levels. During each session, they corral up to 20 guests during indoor or outdoor sessions, creating a jovial atmosphere with group exercises such as races and passing weighted balls to one another. Each technique is intended to create camaraderie and motivate exercisers to challenge themselves. Jon and Lauren focus on strength training and conditioning as well as aerobics, rotating the curriculum daily to keep guests engaged.
When not leading motivating and energetic boot camps, Jon and Lauren also offer personal training, working one-on-one with guests to create a dynamic workout regimen tailored to individual fitness goals. The two endless reservoirs of energy also host kids' fitness classes, during which children cavort in structured sessions that both help them develop muscles to show everyone how big a jar they can open and create healthy habits that they will retain as they grow.
