Red Corner Asian Bistro
A corner is a place where two roads meet. And that's kind of the case at Red Corner Asian Bistro, where Chinese and Japanese culinary traditions intersect with flavorful results. Meals might begin with wonton soup or pork gyoza before branching out to include any number of pan-Asian entrees. The sushi-bar staff meticulously preps striped-bass sashimi, eel-cucumber hand rolls, and nearly 40 specialty maki, while the kitchen sends out steak teriyaki, kung pao chicken, and Malaysian hot pots loaded with seafood and coconut curry. As if the choices weren't already overwhelming, there's also a selection of hibachi dishes that are prepared on an iron cooktop that's hotter than anything on the Billboard charts.
