A night of fine dining usually ends in hugs and handshakes between friends, romance between lovers, and cooling each other with money-fans between aristocrats. Feel the breeze a wad of cash makes with today's Groupon: for $30, you get $60 worth of contemporary American fine dining and drinks at noca. Chef Chris Curtiss draws inspiration from French, Italian, and Japanese cuisine to concoct contemporary American dishes. The seafood, which the Phoenix New Times called the Best Seafood in 2010, includes fresh catches like the Wreck Fish, served with bacon, fingerling potatoes, and more ($28), and the Chef's Tasting Menu allows guests to experience four carefully culled courses while blindfolded ($50). Noca's extensive wine list earned the restaurant an award of excellence in 2010 from Wine Spectator and "four four-seam fastballs" from Nolan Ryan Prefers Wine magazine.
Noca is one of AAA's Four Diamond restaurants in Phoenix and was featured in Phoenix New Times and Phoenix magazine. Feasting in Phoenix liked the quality of both food and service at noca.
