Membership grants students access to as many classes as they’d like for one month. See the class schedule here. All semi-private classes are held in Vinyasa style, usually with fewer than 15 students.

Exercise is challenging, and people frequently give up on their fitness routines. How do you keep clients motivated?
We offer a variety of yoga classes, which include power yoga, wall yoga, warm yoga, restorative yoga, chair yoga and Tibetan bowl meditation.
Sweating to the oldies is acceptable, but sweating to the blues less so. Do you find that certain styles and genres of music generate more intense workouts?
When it comes to yoga the music should not really impact the practice. If music is played it should be more of a low background rhythm.
When and how did you first develop a passion for fitness?
Ever since I was young through sports and just playing outdoors.
Is there anything else you want to add that we didn’t cover?
The reasons we come to Yoga are many and the benefits even more. Enhancing energy, joint flexibility, weight loss, inspiration, renewed focus, personal time, cardiovascular & digestive health, increased body awareness, manage stress, build community, meditation, spirituality and/or still your inner restlessness, or medical advise. Sacred Karma Yoga offers a type of yoga to meet every student where they are, from heat building vinyasa to gentle restorative to yoga for special needs groups including cancer survivors. Our approach is centered in strength building techniques with a strong focus on body mechanics and alignment which enables students to move more deeply into their practice.
