Staff is great! Everyone makes you feel super welcome. Be aware that there's only one single private bathroom so really do your best to show up 10-15 minutes early so you can change/use the facilities. You don't want to miss any of the class! A great safe space for women. Walking distance from several parking garages in case you hate street parking in SF.

Incredible! Very different from other pole dance studios :) it’s has stretching, warm up, pole dancing, regular dancing, meditation and you feel really really good after a class! Highly recommend

- Choose 3 classes from any of our online offerings including S Factor ® (can be seen on the upcoming documentary Strip Down Rise Up on Netflix), Femme! ®, condition, flexibility, or yoga classes. We highly suggest taking an Intro to S Factor as your first S Factor class.
Two-Weeks of Unlimited Feminine Fitness and Empowerment classes:
- Enjoy two weeks of unlimited classes with our online offerings including S Factor ® (can be seen on the upcoming documentary Strip Down Rise Up on Netflix), Femme! ®, condition, flexibility, or yoga classes. If you are new to S Factor, we highly suggest taking an Intro to S Factor as your first class but after that, drop into as many classes that are suitable for your level. Students who are new to S Factor are approved to take the Beginner Level S Factor Classes only. All of our non-S Factor classes are appropriate for all levels of fitness.
Method of Communication: Zoom & Spotify
- For the best experience possible, we suggest connecting through Zoom from your computer or tablet and then playing the Spotify playlist through your phone, either on a headset or a dock.
- Please make sure you have a quiet and private place to take class. This time is for you to get in touch with you!
