Instructor and Florida native John Webb teaches beginning kayakers to stay upright before venturing out on a three-hour water tour. Inside a 15.5-foot Perception Carolina kayak, explorers glide over tepid waters behind the sand dunes of Anastasia State Park to exchange yule-log recipes with dolphins, birds, and manatees. The intimate classes hold no more than seven students.<p>

Customer Reviews

We booked a sunset tour with John. He was easy-going, flexible, friendly and informative. He met us at the gate and we boarded the pontoon. The pontoon had newly installed furniture, very clean and comfortable. John gave us fun factoids about the waterways, landmarks and historic town of St. Augustine. He offered us music of our choice, water and blankets. The highlight of our trip was the sighting of almost a dozen dolphins cresting. At the end of our trip we saw a mama and it's calf just a few yards from the pontoon! John recommended the Creekside diner for dinner which was also a thumbs-up! Would definitely do this again!
