Choose from Three Options
- $17 for one Pole Orientation class and one group pole-dance class (a $35 value)
- $27 for one Pole Orientation class and two group pole-dance classes (a $60 value)
Instructors orient students by teaching the basics without introducing any of the more difficult, weight-bearing exercises. Students are invited to repeat the orientation course as many times as they need to feel comfortable before graduating to a basic pole-dancing class, which introduces new moves and provides opportunities for freestyle dance. Classes are held at regular times Monday–Saturday, except on the specified closure dates.
- $67 for a one-hour pole-dance or burlesque party for up to six people (a $135 value)
Teachers arm six friends with basic dance moves in one-hour, hands-on classes. Hors d'oeuvres, drinks, and decorations can be added for an additional fee.
In 2006, StageLight Studios opened as a small exercise outfit that taught burlesque and pole-dance classes exclusively. Today, its certified instructors lead small groups in a private, mirror-lined studio, where seven chrome poles rise from the polished wood floor to accommodate a class of up to six students and one instructor or seven firemen. They also use the space to host parties, workshops, and instructor certification, in addition to boot camps and private training. Outside of the classroom, StageLight's boutique outfits students with pole-appropriate gear, including clothes, shoes, and accessories.
