Great Customer service

The process of redeeming the Groupon was quick and simple. The bowling experience was very good, however the lanes don't have automatic bumpers so all bowlers on the same lane either have bumpers or don't. We had a server come by and we were able to order drinks from her without having to attend the bar. Overall it was a very good bowling experience.

I was so surprised to see such a clean and attractive bowling alley. This is a must buy, for you won't be disappointed with the environment or cleanliness of this business. Great buy...surely will buy again.

My grandboys, 12 and 14 yrs of age, had been at several other escape rooms in other cities, and they found this one a good challenge for them. With a bit of help from us grandparents, and a few hints they cracked the Wizard's Lair in 48 minutes. Mike, was helpful but thankfully did not give it away but had good hints to keep us going. We had a grand time.!

Fantastic & Unique experience. Me & my girlfriend we’re looking for for a uncommon wine tasting and we got and a unique experience. Exactly what we expected. Our tour guy Robert make us feel special. The weather wasn’t the best but thanks to Robert we had great time. He took pictures of us and gave us an amazing tour. We are going to repeat it in the summer
