What You'll Get
Since time immemorial, human beings have longed to fly like birds, swim like dolphins, and roll like graceful shopping carts. Live the dream with today’s Groupon: for $7, you get a roller-skating outing for two to Stockton Indoor Sports Complex (a $16 total value). The outing includes:
- Admission for two (a $6 value each)
- Quad skate rental for two (a $2 value each)
The roller-skate savants at Stockton Indoor Sports Complex send wheel-shod duos onto clean rinks for hours of retro-style bonding. As couples don spick-and-span axle shoes, a hockey-style rink welcomes them warmly with iceless turf and a brief review of Newton’s laws. While pairs mimic the movements of the planets along with other skaters, a concession stand awaits famished bellies and parched throats with snacks and beverages. Check out the open-skate session times online.

About Stockton Indoor Sports Complex
The Stockton Indoor Sports Complex celebrates fast-paced sports and recreation with public-skate sessions, roller hockey, and roller-derby contests. During public-skate sessions, adults and kids lace up old-fashioned quads or in-line skates and glide around the center's hockey-rink-sized floor. Add a couple goals to the floor, and it's ready for youth- and adult-hockey leagues or indoor-soccer matches—the complex's only skate-free activity aside from bathroom breaks and oft-discouraged handstands.
For those who prefer to spectate, the Port City Roller Girls zip around the track on select days, shouldering opposing teams into the boards as they entertain fans during grueling roller-derby matches. On special occasions, the rink's private party rooms are available for birthday parties replete with pizza, hot dogs, and soliloquies lamenting the fleeting nature of one's youth.
