Amazing experience! I highly recommend this gem in Tracy! Staff were incredibly nice. Atmosphere felt relaxing yet encouraging for my fitness and the heat was no joke! Felt like I sweated everything out lol 10/10!
I love the instructor Cindy Moreno! I used to do yoga at McKinley Park as well as One Flow Yoga, but this is my first time trying out Pilates. I would suggest buying the 5 classes if you want to try something new.
