How It Works
Reserve your seats online. After you’ve arrived in your reserved seat in the theater, press the service button at your seat. A server will arrive to take your order and start a tab. They’ll quietly deliver your selections directly to your seat so you don’t miss a moment of the movie. You can even enjoy your meal with a handcrafted cocktail, draft beer, or spiked milkshake from the bar. Food and drink is not included in this voucher, but is available for an additional fee.
SMG Access loyalty program
SMG Access is the only theater loyalty program that rewards you while giving movies and meals to deserving neighbors in your community. Every time you make a movie-ticket purchase at Studio Movie Grill, you earn points in the loyalty program. Each time you earn 1,000 Access Points, you’ll receive a $10 eBonus Card. You can use this card for movie tickets, food, and nonalcoholic beverages at every location. SMG will also donate a movie and a meal to deserving organizations in your community.

What is a Special Event, Crowd Sourcing, and Film Series Movie? Special Event, Crowd Sourcing, or Film Series Movies are any title that does not have a regular adult ticket type associated to the ticket type (i.e. Children Summer Series, Live Concert Movies, Anime Series, etc.).
Can the voucher be redeemed at the box office for my tickets? Vouchers must be redeemed online in advance of your preferred showtime at studiomoviegrill.com. For assistance with your redemption, please see the redemption instructions on the voucher.
How much is the extra fee for 3D movies? Depending on location, there is an extra fee for 3D movies ranging from $2 to $3. Please visit the website for details.
