About Sunrise Bistro

Every morning, the rising sun warms the patio of Bernadette and Roger’s eatery. This is their favorite moment of the day, so it makes sense that they named their restaurant Sunrise Bistro. Not surprisingly, breakfast is a specialty here; chefs kick off the morning with french toast and spinach-and-cheddar biscuits and fresh strawberry fruit scones made from scratch. During lunch hours, oven-roasted turkey stars in a handful of sandwiches, not least of which is the Sunrise Cobb, topped with avocado, swiss cheese, bacon, and housemade mayo. Contrary to its name, Sunrise Bistro does stay open past sunset, when dinner chef Matthew Greyard treats guests to filet mignon and french pork chops marinated in an apricot glaze.
