Choose Between Two Options
- $99 for a massage with a cellulite treatment and herbal-infused steam ($200 value)
- $59 for a massage with oil and body butter ($120 value)
The first option’s 50-minute massage included aromatherapy and herbal-infused oils to increase the metabolism and stimulate the lymphatic system. Body mud is then applied to reduce the appearance of cellulite. A lavender, rosemary, marjoram, chamomile, and peppermint steam follows before body butter is applied.
The second option’s 50-minute massage uses oil infused with geraniums, ylang-ylang, and roses. A ylang-ylang steam follows, then a magnesium-infused body body is applied, so that the body will absorb more vitamin D.
Its rustic, waterfall-flanked locale is the second-best thing Sunrise Massage has going for it. The first, of course, is the bodywork—massage therapists finagle gridlocked muscles and silence overworked minds with Swedish, deep-tissue, and trigger-point massages that bring about relief and blissed-out contemplation. But the tranquil sounds of the waterfall, echoing through the woods, serenading clients as they ease in and out of a massage-induced reverie, don’t hurt either.
As the water burbles and the birds chirp happily around the studio's woodsy acreage, therapists soothe and nourish clients' skin with organic body butters and herbal extracts. Balms of lemongrass and ginger stimulate blood vessels and cool overworked muscles, whereas chamomile and lavender quell anxiety.
