Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged? Our approach to fitness in an environment that fosters a positive and friendly energy entitles you to reach a heightened state of physical, mental/emotional, and spiritual balance.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business? My journey started in 2006, when Dr. Madrid advised me of high cholesterol levels, unhealthy habits, and a risk of needing medication. I then decided to change for good. After a year of discipline and dedication, I went from 216 lbs. to 180 lbs. and from 246 cholesterol level to 165 cholesterol level.
